Welcome to my little nook on the web! I'm Aditi (or Deetz), a passionate explorer and seeker of forging new connections.

Travel has been ingrained in my DNA since before I took my first breath. Growing up with parents who owned a travel agency, and with my mum globe-trotting even during her pregnancy with me, wanderlust runs deep in my veins. Being ethnically Indian, born in Kenya, raised in the vibrant city of Perth (Australia), and now calling Sydney my home for nearly a decade, I've been exposed to vibrant cultures, languages and food since I was little.

 

Whether it was a yearly family road trip across sunny Western Australia or jet-setting solo or with friends, or seeing parts of Asia for work, each journey has added a unique chapter to my travelogue

 

One thing I've mastered along the way is the art of packing, especially for those long-haul flights (Australia is far away, let's be honest). Balancing the essentials whilst still leaving room for snacks, is key for me. Does anyone else have a snack bag?

My most recent adventure was two months in South America, finishing up in Costa Rica. I'm excited to spill the deetz (pun intended), share my adventures, tips and travel hacks with you.
